The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Lagos Chapter has bestowed a prestigious honour on renowned filmmaker and content distributor, Mr. Blessing Agofure, at its Actors Night celebration on Friday, at Ojez Lounge, National Stadium, Surulere Lagos.
The producer, who serves as the CEO of BTA Investment Ltd (BTA TV), was recognized for his unwavering support and steadfast commitment to Nigeria's creative industry.
The award ceremony took place during the highly anticipated Actors Night event, a night renowned for its blend of entertainment, glamour, and celebration of theatrical excellence.
Agofure, a prominent figure in Nollywood, has built a formidable reputation as a marketer, content creator, and distributor, significantly shaping the landscape of Nigerian cinema. Through BTA TV, he has been instrumental in bringing compelling stories to audiences across the nation.
His production portfolio includes several notable Nollywood projects that have resonated with viewers, including the recently released What Mama Want (2025), alongside earlier hits Yes I Do (2021) and Marriage Rules (2021). These productions have further cemented his position as a creative force within the industry.
